Litify is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Litify AI team within Professional Services. You will lead end-to-end implementation of Litify AI for clients, designing custom agent workflows on Salesforce, and owning the technical solution from architecture to go-live.
You will collaborate with a Project Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver deployments on time and within budget, define success metrics, and surface client feedback to influence the AI roadmap.
