Network Engineer, IT Support
Magna5 is seeking a Tier 2 Network Engineer for our remote end-user support team. You will own advanced network troubleshooting across diverse client networks, handling complex issues and contributing to internal engineering improvements.
You will respond to tickets, diagnose routing, switching, firewall, and VPN problems, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotations. A strong Palo Alto background and MSP experience are preferred.
