We are seeking an HR Analyst to support Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics by updating existing Power BI dashboards using data from multiple HR systems, including Workday and Avature. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the People Analytics team to understand business requirements, develop effective data visualizations, and document reporting solutions and data improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain existing Talent Acquisition dashboards in Power BI using data from multiple HR systems, including Workday and Avature.
- Partner with the People Analytics team to understand business requirements and ensure reporting solutions address business needs.
- Design and develop effective Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for data quality improvements.
- Document reporting solutions, processes, and data improvement methods through standard work instructions.
- Support HR data integration, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Power BI dashboard design and development.
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Experience with HR data integration and reporting.
- Ability to work with data from multiple HR systems, including Workday and Avature.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.

Additional Information- This is a 100% remote position.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.
- Minimum pay rate is BR2 per hour.
- Workday HCM experience is not required or preferred for this position.
