You will lead the AWS database modernization effort, migrate SQL Server to AWS RDS or upgrade on EC2, and modernize SSIS ETL and SSRS reporting while driving cost optimization and cloud best practices. You will upskill the Hospice SQL DBA team, establish cloud‑native monitoring with Datadog and Cloud Watch, and collaborate with Dev Ops on Terraform automation.
