Remote Support Engineer; Fully Remote

• Serve as the assigned technical escalation point for Remote Support Engineer I and II personnel.
• Analyze system architecture, configurations, logs, and network performance to determine root cause on complex issues.

Communication & Coordination:

• Provide timely, professional status updates to customers and set clear expectations on resolution.
• Coordinate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution.

Technical Leadership & Improvement:

• Develop and recommend troubleshooting procedures, technical standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for accuracy.

Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience; 8+ years in electronic security or technical support.
• Advanced experience with enterprise platforms such as Genetec, Software House, Lenel, Milestone, and similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and cybersecurity practices, with up to 20% travel required.
