- Seeking a Experience Strategy/UX Lead to join our fast-growing CX team.
- Full-time, remote position.
- Act as trusted advisors to clients, inspiring them with expert strategic guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement UX research, testing, and design strategies.
- Create and facilitate workshops with client teams.
- Translate user insights into design concepts and prototypes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS is a plus.
