Systems Technology Specialist; Fully Remote

• Support remote support, monitoring, and assistive technology across Dungarvin programs.
• Work closely with program teams to ensure technology systems are functioning effectively.
• Best for self-motivated individuals with an aptitude for data reporting.

• Monitor remote support and technology systems, review alerts, and troubleshoot concerns.
• Assist with equipment installations, system setup, and coordinate with program teams and vendors.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff using technology systems.

• High school diploma or GED required, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology systems.
• Experience with assistive technology or group home settings preferred.
