- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.

- Own interface design from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs.

- Build trust with users through empathy and facilitation to understand goals and workflows.
- Present findings to engineers and leadership, and mentor less experienced designers.
