Implementation Manager; Fully Remote

• Report to a member of the Implementation Senior Leadership Team and guide brands through transformative points to leverage Olo's products.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the UK and collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Product Managers, Support, and Leadership teams.
• Directly impact change management initiatives and contribute to process improvements for a seamless customer experience.

• Manage a portfolio of product and platform integration projects with evolving objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Provide expert-level product understanding, advanced troubleshooting, and customer training on integration best practices.
• Advocate for product enhancements, resolve bugs with external partners, and act as a point of escalation.

• 5+ years managing customer relationships, project/account management, or integration implementation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, consume technical details, and self-manage towards deadlines.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk is preferred.
