Yardi Technical Analyst Remote

As a Yardi Technical Analyst at National Church Residences, you will provide hands-on support for our Yardi Voyager and Rent Café platforms, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and user satisfaction. You will be engaging in system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and integration support, with a focus on Affordable Housing compliance and operational efficiency. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with the Application Manager Yardi and stakeholders across departments to implement enhancements and improve processes.

Configure and maintain Yardi Voyager and Rent Café systems, including property setup, user roles, and security

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Yardi users, resolving technical issues and managing helpdesk tickets

Monitor and maintain data integrity across Yardi modules, including compliance‑related data for HUD and LIHTC programs

Support integrations between Yardi and other systems using SQL, Yardi ETL, and Microsoft Fabric or similar tools

Develop and maintain custom reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporter (YSR), SQL, and other reporting tools

Assist with testing and deployment of Yardi upgrades, patches, and new module implementations

Document processes, configurations, and data flows to support internal controls and audit readiness

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to training and user adoption efforts

Participates in policy creation and appropriate problem‑solving methods.

With respect to Resident Rights, ensure all care is provided with respect and dignity for the residents/clients, their families and the staff. Reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/resident property and/or any other corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state and local regulations and laws.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (7S or newer) and Rent Café in a technical or support role within the Affordable Housing industry required.

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and report development preferred

Experience with Yardi ETL processes and system integrations preferred

Experience with Rent Cafe and other Yardi modules (e.g., Familiarity with Affordable Housing compliance workflows (HUD, LIHTC, TRACS)
Knowledge of additional Yardi modules (e.g., Background in process improvement or automation

Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly.

Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)
Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English, as well as the ability to make self-understood.
