Tier 1 Help Desk Technician; Fully Remote

• Provide front-line support for Windows desktop systems, peripheral devices, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Troubleshoot user access issues, document incidents, and escalate to higher-level teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE clearance.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, ticketing systems, and IT security procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
