Our leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to improve the processes and workflows in the Front Office Interest Rate Derivatives space. You'll work alongside Trading and Trade Execution Support to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, uncover tacit knowledge, and breakdown complex business requirements into smaller, actionable components.
You'll possess a strong understanding of product structures, participant roles, business functions, and operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. A brilliant opportunity!
The following skills / experience is required:- Product Analyst / Business Analyst background
- Strong experience with Interest Rate Derivatives
- Experience with Power BI, Python or SQL, is desirable
- Experience working with large data sets is desirable
