Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product usage instructions.
• Document all support interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or relevant departments.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates and technical advancements to provide accurate support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
