The State of Colorado is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to help build the next generation of public services.
We're looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers in service of the public.

Introduce and run portfolio-level coordination across CDEC teams and vendors, tracking priorities, dependencies, and risks to produce an integrated roadmap through the transition to a CDEC-owned environment
Actively remove blockers by navigating organizational, contractual, and technical obstacles; provide recommendations for solving issues in addition to documenting them.
Own successful product delivery by establishing and tailoring the SDLC across the service life cycle, from discovery and design through build, live service, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Director of Technology and the Senior Delivery Engineer to manage priorities, sequence work, and track commitments, freeing both to focus on technical direction and high-value decisions.
Regularly review, identify, and simplify processes that are no longer serving the team.
Lead triage of requests in both directions between OIT and CDEC, ensuring the pod responds promptly, tracks items to resolution, and keeps leadership informed of status
Regularly review operations to recognize when delivery capacity is exceeded and communicate clearly to the pod leader.
