Senior Data Architect London / WFH to £150k
Are you a commercially minded Data Architect who enjoys solving complex enterprise challenges, influencing strategic decisions and working with cutting edge technology?

As a Senior Data Architect you'll help established clients optimise their data architecture and unlock greater value from their technology investments. You'll work at the forefront of modern data architecture and AI, shaping enterprise solutions and advising senior stakeholders on how to evolve their data capabilities.
Collaborating with existing clients, you'll lead data architecture strategy and solution design, identifying opportunities to improve data platforms, scalability, performance and business value. You'll take a strategic, advisory led approach, influencing architectural decisions and translating complex technical challenges into practical recommendations.
You'll also explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can transform enterprise data environments, helping clients adopt modern approaches and stay ahead of the curve. This is a client facing role where your ability to communicate, challenge existing thinking and build trusted relationships will be just as important as your technical expertise.
Location / WFH:
There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the London, City office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home.
About You:
- You have extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, with the ability to shape and optimise complex data solutions
- You have insurance industry experience, particularly around risk calculations, pricing or insurance systems, relevant experience in other risk intensive industries will also be considered
- You have a consultative approach, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions
- You have experience with modern data platforms, architecture patterns and emerging AI technologies
- You have strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect architectural decisions to business outcomes
