Hercules is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for weekend coverage (Thursday to Monday) to help top customers build and scale their apps. You’ll resolve issues in customer apps, advise on architecture, and update our AI agent to prevent recurrence.
You’ll also maintain knowledge bases and build automations to handle high volumes of tickets. You’ll work with a Type Script/React stack, cloud and database technologies, and be the first line for platform incidents during your shift.
