• Source and procure IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting engagements.
• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies that align with technology roadmaps and business needs.
• Evaluate and select IT vendors based on technical capabilities, pricing, support, and reliability.
• Negotiate favorable contracts, terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with IT suppliers.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT assets and services, ensuring timely delivery and deployment.
• Track IT asset inventory and manage lifecycle, including renewals and decommissioning.
• Monitor IT market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal departments to ensure compliance and manage risks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT spending through strategic sourcing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate relevant reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT procurement, with a focus on hardware, software, and services.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation with technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement principles, licensing models, and cloud agreements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and IT asset management tools.
