• Install, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes and associated software.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, implementing proactive measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including node synchronization problems and transaction failures.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the blockchain network from unauthorized access and attacks.
• Manage user access and permissions for the blockchain network.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for network infrastructure.
• Stay informed about network upgrades, patches, and new blockchain technologies.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with development teams to support new blockchain application deployments.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in network administration or system administration.
• Demonstrable experience with blockchain network administration (e.g., managing nodes, understanding consensus).
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.
