Senior DevOps Engineer; Kubernetes Expert

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for enhancing our client's infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of their cloud-based services. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing container orchestration solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools.

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for production environments.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for production systems.
• Mentor junior Dev Ops engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or a similar role.
• Expert-level experience with Kubernetes administration and deployment.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
