Remote Lead UX​/UI Designer - FinTech Innovations

Our client, a rapidly growing Fin Tech company revolutionizing financial services through innovative digital solutions, is seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the user experience and interface design across all our digital products, including mobile applications and web platforms. You will lead a team of designers, drive the design strategy, and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in Fin Tech and digital product development.
• Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience designing complex applications, preferably within the Fin Tech or SaaS industry.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, wire framing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to articulate design decisions effectively and advocate for the user.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills is required.
• Experience with design systems is highly desirable.
