Remote Mine Operations Superintendent - Digital Transformation Lead

• A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing digital technologies (e.g., automation, data analytics, IIoT) in an industrial setting, preferably mining.
• Strong understanding of data science principles, machine learning, and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Excellent project management and change management skills.
