P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures, The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.

The Data team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2027.Responsibilities:

Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of Service Now, UC4 and Snowflake Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements

Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings

Document workflow processes and project progress

Present findings and insights to stakeholders

Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change

Lead our Change Advisory Board Meetings weekly (pCAB, dCAB)
Requirements:

Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.

Education:

Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
2029 or 2030 graduation year Experience/skills:

Background in data analytics or a related field

Experience with Snowflake or other SQL databases is highly desirable

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work

Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities
