You will work from home with a 40-hour week, 2 days off, and an 8-hour shift, during a 1-month training period with strict attendance rules.
You will manage 50–75 tickets per shift, support 50+ client accounts, and document activities across several ticketing systems to ensure reliable connectivity for business and residential
