You will resolve printer issues, password resets, MFA challenges, antivirus alerts, and assist with new user setups while documenting activities in ITGlue and Connect Wise PSA.
The role requires hands-on support in a service desk setting with strong troubleshooting and communication skills; MSP exposure is a plus.
