Idea Tek is seeking an Internet Support Specialist to assist customers by troubleshooting wireless, fiber internet, and phone services. You will deliver empathetic, patient support and clear explanations to help customers feel understood and guided.
You will work M-F during training and then follow a rotating schedule (8a-5p, 9a-6p or 10a-7p) with occasional weekend coverage as needed. Experience in ISP environments and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems will help you excel.
