Key Responsibilities

Assistinthedesign,development,andproductionofmapbooksforvariousprojects.
Helpensureaccuracyandconsistencyofspatialdatapresentedinmapbooks.
Supportcustomizationofmapbookstomeetprojectandclientrequirements.
Help create,maintain,andupdategeodatabasestosupportprojectneeds.
Performroutinedataqualitychecksandupdatesundertheguidanceofseniorstaff.
Supportdataintegrityandorganizationwithinthegeodatabase.
AssistwithimportingandprocessingsurveydataintoGISapplications.
HelpverifyaccuraterepresentationofsurveydatainGIS.
Collaboratewithsurvey,engineering,andotherprojectteamsasneeded.
UseGIStoolstosupportpipelineorutilityinfrastructuremappingandroutingprojects.
Assistinanalyzingspatialdatatosupportengineeringandconstructionactivities.
Priorexperienceinthisareaishelpfulbutnotrequired-fulltrainingwillbeprovided.
Assistwithmaintainingandupdatingweb-basedGISapplications(ArcGISServer,AGOL,ArcGISEnterprise).
HelppublishandshareGISservicesandwebmapsundersupervision.
Supportspatialanalysistasksthathelpinformprojectdecisions.
Helpgeneratemaps,reports,andvisualizationstocommunicatefindingstostakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

ProficiencywithGISsoftware(e.g.,ArcGISPro) through coursework,aninternship,orprofessionalexperience.
Strongwrittenandverbal Englishcommunicationskills.
Self-directedwiththeabilitytoexecuteassignedGIStasksindependentlyoncetrained.
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttodataaccuracy.
Willingnessandabilitytolearnnewtoolsandprocessesquickly;content-specificon-the-jobtrainingwillbeprovided.

Familiaritywithprogramminglanguagessuchas
