- LMI is seeking a Product Designer to shape applications and workflows for a U.S. Army technology modernization program.
- This position requires an active Secret clearance and ownership from discovery through production delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous product discovery with Army users and stakeholders.
- Translate mission workflows into product concepts, user journeys, prototypes, and interface designs.
- Validate designs through user research and usability testing, and partner with developers throughout implementation.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in product design or human-centered design.
- Experience designing data-intensive applications or operational workflows.
- Proficiency with Figma and an active Secret clearance.
