We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities- Implement Genesys Cloud and Pure Cloud contact center solutions
- Conduct technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transition
- Development of Genesys Cloud call flows for routing and IVR
- Write and execute test plans
- 1+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud platform
- 3+ years of experience with the contact center solutions
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including S3, EC2, etc.
- Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or Java Script
- Knowledge of change control processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP-GC)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- Knowledge of IP Telephony:
Genesys Cloud Edge, Audio Codes, Cisco Gateways, IP Telephones (Polycom, Cisco, etc.) - Development experience to build apps and integrations leveraging APIs, JSON, and Java Script
