Senior Consultant, PATT

• Lead clients through Workday system implementation and the project development lifecycle
• Gather and understand customer payroll business requirements
• Design and configure the Workday Payroll solution
• Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
• Lead and manage parallel testing sessions
• Translate technical requirements into business-appropriate terminology
• Create functional designs and specifications
• Convert legacy payroll history into Workday
• Assist integration consulting team with third-party solutions
• Partner with project managers to ensure alignment across project plans and budgets
• Mentor new consultants
• Maintain Workday certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
• Experience as a Workday Payroll functional lead
• 4+ years of payroll processing or implementation experience with Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, or similar
• Active Workday Payroll certification
• Ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

• Previous consulting experience within Higher Education
• Experience in time tracking, absence, scheduling, compensation, benefits, or HCM
