Yourgi in the US is seeking an experienced Dev Ops/SRE leader to build and run our engineering services function. You will own CI/CD for API, web, and mobile, implement infrastructure as code, and ensure production visibility, data trust, and secure pipelines while leading a small nearshore team.
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will define SLOs, set on-call rotations, deliver automated deployments with rollback, publish security standards, and drive DORA metrics and cloud cost reporting.
