The Planet Group is seeking an Eclipse ERP Support Analyst to provide hands-on support for users in a multi-location distribution environment. The role will own the Eclipse ticket queue, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Epicor Eclipse experience and a strong grasp of distribution processes across order entry, purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse, pricing, AR, AP, and GL.
