Healthcare IT Technical Operations Associate III; Fully Remote

• Investigate and triage job failures, fallouts, and reprocessing requests using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools.
• Execute data correction and reprocessing, validate outcomes, and maintain reconciliation logs and audit trails.
• Partner with L3, product, and client teams to drive resolution and improve operational processes.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3-4 years of application or production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare platforms (Health Edge, Facets, QNXT) and EDI X12 formats.
• Strong SQL skills, familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and solid understanding of incident management.
