Impediments and Dependencies:
- Resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints.
- Coordinate Agile delivery with release management, testing, deployment, and change management.
Team Health and Improvement:
- Coach the team toward self-management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Report velocity and sprint outcomes to support customer decisions.
