IT Dispatcher; Fully Remote

• Serve as a key connection between clients, service desk technicians, and engineering teams to coordinate IT support requests.
• Prioritize incoming requests and allocate resources according to urgency, availability, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of incoming service requests through phone calls and online chat.
• Perform initial ticket triage, clarify details, and assign tickets to the most appropriate technicians.
• Monitor service levels, communicate expectations to clients, and follow up on resolved tickets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service or dispatching experience.
• Familiarity with Connect Wise or comparable ticketing platforms is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
