InPost UK is seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to join our Network Health team. You’ll raise and update tickets, prioritise issues and assist with queries from other departments to keep locker maintenance requests on track.
As part of a small, close-knit team you will reduce locker downtime, build strong relationships with maintenance engineers, and produce daily reports. This hybrid role includes 3 days in the office and the option to work remotely part of the time.
