New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer for a remote, client-focused role. You will handle printers, password resets, MFA, suspicious emails, and antivirus alerts, plus user setups and client applications.
Requirements include a two-year technical degree and 1–5 years in service desk support; familiarity with Active Directory, Entra /Azure AD, IT Glue, and Connect Wise PSA is preferred. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:00a–5:00p PST/MDT with some in-person interviews.
