- Own the day-to-day operation of a monitoring platform, including dashboards, monitors, log pipelines, APM instrumentation, and synthetic tests.
- Proactively sift through logs, error tracking, traces, and metrics to find failures, triage, and drive resolution.
- Tune alert thresholds and notification routing to reduce noise and ensure quick paging.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, Dev Ops, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
