Deliverability Consultant; Fully Remote

• Serve as a subject matter expert in email deliverability, guiding clients to sending success.
• Manage multiple projects, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, with autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, and Support teams to exceed client expectations.
• Interpret high-level data and communicate insights to non-technical marketers and executives.
• Develop best practices, documentation, and content for both internal and client audiences.

About You:

• 3+ years in a deliverability-related role with strong knowledge of SMTP, authentication, and ISPs.
• Experience with MTA providers, onboarding new clients, and troubleshooting sending issues.
• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in G Suite and BI tools.
