- Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and system errors.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Experience supporting COTS and/or custom applications.
- Working knowledge of the SDLC.
Desired
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and active DOD clearance.
- Experience with Service Now, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SharePoint.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, or Remedy.
