As a Service Now Solution Architect on the Global Impact team, you will make an impact by designing scalable, enterprise-grade Service Now solutions that address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation for non-profits globally. You will be a valued member of the Service Now consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, process owners, and executive sponsors to deliver innovative solutions aligned with mission and business objectives.

In

this role, you will:

Lead solution architecture and technical design for Global Impacts technology donation implementations and platform enhancements.
Lead Human Centered Design workshops and provide guidance on art of the possible
Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, mission and business requirements.
Partner with clients and project teams to translate business and mission needs into scalable Service Now solutions.
Provide guidance on configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
Evaluate integration approaches and recommend architecture patterns that support future scalability and maintainability.
Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Support implementation teams through design reviews, technical guidance, and solution validation.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Service Now CIS-ITSM certification.
Two additional Service Now CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, Sec Ops/GRC, or similar).
Experience participating in multiple Service Now implementations across enterprise environments.
3+ years of solution architecture experience on the Service Now platform.
Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

These Will Help You Stand Out

ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
Experience across multiple Service Now product suites.
Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
