We are recruiting for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a technical team supporting complex software solutions within the logistics and warehouse automation sector.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and support commercial software using Java and Oracle.
- Provide 2nd Level Support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Manage fixes, patches and software releases.
- Mentor and support junior developers.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Service Account Managers.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support continuous improvement and system stability.
