• Support release management for widely used productivity applications, focusing on release notes and pre-Patch Tuesday preparation.
• Coordinate documentation, track release activities, and collaborate with engineering, testing, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure updates are delivered on schedule and within scope for Mac and iOS releases.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field plus 5+ years of release management or technical operations experience.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and written communication skills for remote coordination.
