- Handle escalations from Tier 1 and lead incident response, including root-cause analysis and post-incident write-ups.
- Administer Microsoft Entra , Microsoft 365, and device management across macOS and Windows.
Skills and experience:
- Second-line IT support experience with a mixed macOS and Windows estate.
- Strong scripting in Power Shell or Bash and experience with Jira Service Management.
