Support Specialist; India); Fully Remote

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support from issuer and merchant partners.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve transaction discrepancies, and ensure smooth platform operations.
• Use tools like Zendesk, Postman, MongoDB, and the Kard Portal.

• Manage and prioritize partner support tickets through Zendesk with timely responses.
• Investigate technical issues using Postman, MongoDB, and internal tools to identify root causes.
• Support partner onboarding, transaction validation, and reporting using Databricks.

• 3-6 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and Zendesk.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
