Yourgi is building its engineering services function from the ground up, covering Dev Ops, SRE, release engineering, infrastructure as code, data pipelines, and security operations. You will lead a small Dev Ops/SRE team, stay hands‑on, and define operating practices for product teams.
The role reports to the VP of Engineering and rewards performance with a $150k–$175k base plus a 10% bonus, remote in the US only, with base salary and visible impact on deployment reliability and cost management.
