Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to lead the modernization of our Hospice platform's database stack. You will drive SQL Server on EC2 modernization, including migrations to AWS RDS, upgrades from SQL Server 2016, and testing for compatibility and performance.
You will also modernize SSIS/SSRS, optimize costs, and mentor the Hospice DBA team in cloud DB operations, monitoring with Datadog and Cloud Watch, and HITRUST E1 compliance.
