Service Desk Representative - IT; Fully Remote

• Provide technical support for a wide range of devices and software including desktops, laptops, virtual machines, medical devices, and Epic EMR.
• Safeguard security by following procedures and escalating issues.
• Contribute to the knowledgebase and new hire training.

• High School diploma required; some college or IT certification or Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Service Desk or IT support experience required; 5+ years in healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with Service Now, Apple/Mac, Windows OS, Remote Access VPN, Citrix, Epic EMR, and MFA tools like Duo.
• Primarily remote work with phone, email, and IM support; onsite support may be required.
• May involve working in a 24/7 healthcare environment with responsibilities for continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Henry Ford Health systems preferred.
• Must adhere to attendance and timeliness guidelines and perform job duties efficiently.
