Healthcare IT Technical Operations Lead; Edifecs); Fully Remote

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and streamlining operational needs for technology delivery.
• Manages production support for mid-size health plans and core administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational excellence, SLA reporting, and incident resolution.
• Address Edifecs and EDI issues in production while driving customer priorities.
• Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades across multiple vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years managing customer-facing production support.
• Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms and Edifecs/Move It.
• Hands-on SQL experience and working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Remote role with working hours in Eastern Standard Time.
• Occasional travel up to 5% for customer interactions.
