Lead Consultant US Sales – Business Development; Fully Remote

• Administer Atlassian products and support clients with implementation, configuration, and optimization to align tools with their business processes.
• Provide scheduled on-call support outside standard business hours and respond promptly to service outages to meet SLAs.
• Support the sales function by contributing to proposals, contract renewals, and quarterly client business reviews.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in client service, technical support, or help desk role;
  Jira administration experience preferred.
• Strong technical expertise with Atlassian products, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to advise clients on best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills with a commitment to obtaining Atlassian certifications.
• Annual on-target earnings of $80,000-$95,000, including base salary, bonus, and incentives.
