E-commerce Data Analyst

Our client, a forward-thinking e-commerce business, is seeking a skilled and analytical E-commerce Data Analyst to join their team remotely. • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various e-commerce sources, including website analytics, sales data, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and sales performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website design, user experience, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Build predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
• Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels through presentations and reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and e-commerce best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, Num Py), or R.
• Strong experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and business drivers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
